    AQ500 valid as stand alone system

    Comparision test of AQ500 Wind Finder at ECN in the Netherlands. Henk Oostrum of ECN says: “In the analysis we performed, the AQ500 showed comparable uncertainty to conventional anemometry. Our intial conclusion is that the AQ500 can be considered as a valid stand alone system for wind resource assessments”.

To have an instrument capable of measuring data to and through hub height, which can be easily deployed is an understandable asset to any wind analyst.
